{"id":68654,"date":"2026-06-18T12:58:25","date_gmt":"2026-06-18T10:58:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/camera-austria.at\/vertrag-widerrufen\/"},"modified":"2026-07-10T13:18:31","modified_gmt":"2026-07-10T11:18:31","slug":"withdraw-contract","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/camera-austria.at\/en\/withdraw-contract\/","title":{"rendered":"Right of Withdrawal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods;<\/li>\n<li>in the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the last goods;<\/li>\n<li>in the case of contracts for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period (e.g. magazine subscriptions), on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the first goods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Camera Austria<\/strong><br \/>\nLendkai 1<br \/>\n8020 Graz<br \/>\nAustria<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E-mail:\u00a0<strong>distribution@camera-austria.at<\/strong><br \/>\nTelephone:\u00a0<strong>0316 \/ 81 55 50 &#8211; 500<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Effects of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
